Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and housekeeping was diligent, but the bathroom felt small, and the shower wasn't the best. The view from the high floor was fantastic, but there was some noise from outside room 620. The service was friendly, but it was evident they were short-staffed. The location was ideal for exploring Nottingham, close to restaurants and shops, though parking was a bit of an issue. The dining options were varied, but some breakfast items were not up to par. Overall, a decent stay with a few hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms were spotless and had all the necessities one would need, but some were quite small and not very clean, with an unpleasant smell lingering in the hallway. The service was generally friendly and hardworking, enhancing my overall experience. The location was convenient for my needs, being close to the theater and town center, though noise from a nearby nightclub was slightly bothersome. The dining options offered a good selection, although some dishes were not served hot enough. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few drawbacks to consider.
The hotel was conveniently located in the center, which was great for our visit to Rock City just across the street. The breakfast was excellent, and the free parking was a bonus. However, the noise from the nearby nightclub until 3 am was a major downside.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the rooms were exceptionally clean, they did look a bit tired and battered for £150 per night. On the bright side, the service from the staff, especially Ada, Courtney, Shaun, Archie, and Kat, was excellent, particularly when dealing with noisy neighbors. The hotel's location was fabulous, just two stops from Nottingham train station on the Tram. The dining experience was great, with plenty of choices and a nice touch with the juicer. However, the room was not without flaws, as old stains were left from a previous guest, and a booking system issue was somewhat annoying.
The hotel was disappointing in several aspects. The room was small and cold, the staff at breakfast were rude and unhelpful, and the cleaning staff entered the room early. On the positive side, the room was well-stocked with a variety of amenities.
Despite the rooms being a bit on the small side and uncomfortably hot during our stay, the hotel's central location near the city center was convenient. The service was a mix of lovely and attentive staff but with some instances of neglect. The vast and stylishly spacious seating areas made up for any service delays. The dining experience had its highlights with a variety of choices but with a minor hiccup in temporary arrangements. Overall, a stay at this hotel offers both positives and areas for improvement.
